Pictures from my 6th week!


Daddy thought this picture of me was cute. Here, I'm in a warmer after my PDA surgery. I'm really tired and on LOTS of pain medications. I got my isolette back 2 days after my surgery.



This is a picture of a Bunny that Grandma Kinser gave me for my PDA surgery. Her name is Hope. You can also see a toy monorail that Judy and Jo (my nurses) gave me.



Here is a picture of Daddy getting to kangaroo care me. He is very happy to be able to hold me. Mommy and Daddy get to kangaroo care me about 3-4 times a week now. It is helping me to gain weight and grow up strong!



Here is a picture of me on my belly. This was the night I had my PDA surgery. On my left side you can see the bandage where the doctor went into my chest to fix my PDA.



I was a little puffy after my surgery. The doctors had to give me a lot of fluids during my surgery, so now I have to work really hard to pee it all off.



Mommy thought this picture was cute. I'm pretty sleepy here. This picture was taken before my PDA surgery on July 18th.
