The pictures below were taken on July 4th! Not only was this America's Independence Day, but I also got some Independence from my isolete! July 4th was the first day Mommy and Daddy were able to Kangaroo Care with me. That means they hold me up against their skin, covered by blankets so that I stay nice and warm. They say this helps me to grow big and strong, but I just liked being close to Mommy and Daddy. I did so well, we hope to do this again soon.

After all of that I was really tired. I tried sleeping on my belly for a change. All this excitment weres a little fella out!
